In the early 90’s Cyril McKenzie and Rob Hoskins decided a joint venture in Real Estate was something they wanted to be a part of. They quickly realised that in order to maintain the successful business they had created, they needed to be a part of a group which had a strong brand name that represented them and reflected what they believed in. Professionals had previously been established in Geraldton and it was a brand that Cyril felt fitted well with local community and represented both him and Rob as professional agents, in a professional way. It was also one of most recognised Real Estate brands across Australia making it the perfect fit.
Cyril McKenzie has remained as the business owner since day 1, and has since had the pleasure of joining forces with Chris Turner. Rob Hoskins has remained on as a sales agent, and has undoubtedly the most local knowledge of any other agent in town, together they have enjoyed the challenge of building a modern, complete & highly professional office which now boasts a team in excess of 25 people and a large rent roll of residential & commercial properties. One of the joys of being in a business so long is being able to watch and influence the personal growth of every team member and have them become valuable contributors to the success of the business. The amount of repeat business attracted from vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants alike, who have bought and sold or leased through the office and invariably come back to us when buying, selling and leasing again is only a reflection of the reputation for honesty and integrity that has been maintained throughout the years. Cyril is particularly proud of the fact that his daughter, Peta McKenzie, who started at only 18 years old is now the Director of the company and Licensee in charge.
